Year 1
Through the programme ‘Mind Your Manners’, pupils will explore the different manners pertaining to social etiquette through an inquiry based pedagogy.Aspects related to social sustainability such as the role of technological equipment (mobiles, tablets, consoles) whilst dining are also addressed during this programme. This programme is offered off premises in both state and non-state schools. Pupils will explore the various manners required in different situations, differentiate between appropriate and less appropriate manners and practise basic manners including table and playground manners.
