A sweet bread loaf made with wholemeal flour, fresh zucchini/courgettes, carrots and other healthy ingredients. It can be served as a snack.
Savoury Zucchini Bread
A bread loaf made with wholemeal flour, fresh zucchini/courgettes and other healthy ingredients. It can be served as a snack or with main meals.
Maltese Bread Pudding
A traditional Maltese bread pudding/pudina tal-ħobż, made with stale/leftover white/wholemeal bread, fresh white milk and other ingredients such as fresh fruit, dried fruit and spices.
Shortcrust Pastry
The making of shortcrust pastry using wholemeal flour. This pastry can be used for the preparation of homemade, savoury and sweet recipes.
Breakfast Egg Muffins
Savoury muffins that can be served for breakfast or as a snack made with eggs, cheese, seasonal, fresh vegetables and herbs.
Parfait In A Jar
A healthy breakfast/dessert/snack using chia seeds, fresh white milk, wholegrain oats or other healthy cereal, fresh plain yoghurt and seasonal fresh fruit.
Chicken Patties
A homemade patty/burger using fresh, lean chicken mince, wholemeal bread and seasonal, fresh vegetables.
Fresh Fruit Milkshake
A healthy milkshake using seasonal, fresh fruit and fresh white milk.
Couscous Salad
A salad using wholegrain couscous, a selection of fresh vegetables and other healthy ingredients.
Basic Cooking Skills
Basic skills in food preparation including peeling, chopping, dicing, slicing, cutting into sticks and wedges, grating, zesting, coring and hulling.
