An easy to prepare dip using simple ingredients; avocado, tuna, lemon juice and ground black pepper. This dip can be served along with raw vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes and water biscuits. It can also be used as a healthy filling for wraps and bread. All of the above suggestions can be served as packed lunches.
