It’s All About You

Year 7

HESC within the Department of Curriculum Management, provides two on-premises seminars for Year 7 students. The programme ‘It’s All About You’ seeks to outline the importance of appearance, grooming, ergonomic principles and effective sustainable hygiene practices in our daily living. Through a series of resources, students will explore ways of how to take care of themselves and their body’s needs. Appropriate methods to ensure personal health and well-being are discussed. Myths and facts are explored through a review of scientific explanations. Various recommendations to reduce the environmental impact of personal hygiene and cleaning products are discussed to encourage a long-standing commitment to sustainability.
